Located five miles away, downtown Montgomery boasts restaurants, beautiful parks, and shops. Other great local attractions include Fernland Historical Park, Memory Park, Cedar Brake Park, April Sound Country Club, Make Time Boating, Cruisin Tikis Lake Conroe, and The Arena. The condo's back balcony offers a splendid view of the lake - it's a wonderful spot to unwind and take in the views while sipping on your morning coffee. Inside, you will discover an air-conditioned open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one.
