The home features a beautiful deck with spectacular views of nature, a seating/dining area, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. This is the ultimate spot to enjoy the outdoors without leaving home. Inside, a gas fireplace in the corner of the living room keeps you nice and toasty during your stay. Curl up in front of the fire as you stream your favorite series and movies on the smart cable TV. The living room offers a cozy place with comfortable sofas, exposed wood beams, and ample windows. Complete with all the essentials, the well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Try out that new recipe you saw online and surprise your friends with a culinary masterpiece. Additionally, you can find a washer/dryer in the home for your laundry needs. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
