This condo is incredibly close from the beach, steps from the community pool, and a quick walk to South Padre Island's best bars and restaurants. The relaxed condo has an inviting open floor plan. A greenery-lined walkway characterizes the front entrance. The open-concept living space features tile flooring, a glass-top coffee table, and two green armchairs in front of a 40” flat-screen smart TV. There's another quaint seating area across from the TV, and the dining area with seating for four. Granite counters line the kitchen, and two more guests can sit comfortably at the breakfast bar with cushioned stools. The main bedroom is at the end of the hall. Creamy bedding contrasts with a dark wood headboard, and a 40-inch TV promises cozy nights with late-night shows. The main bedroom's en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and there's a roomy walk-in closet. Access the back patio from the living room, where a secluded community pool awaits. Unwind on a lounger and soak up some rays. Make dinner extra delicious by firing up the shared grill. Feel the South Padre Island sand under your toes - the beach is just a few short blocks away. Make your way around town on two wheels with a rental at Wheels on Padre, a block away. Gravity Park is also within a block, and offers mini-golf, go-karts, and jaw-dropping rides. Love meatballs? You're in luck - Meatball Cafe, a local favorite, is steps away. Good old-fashioned seafood is on the menu at Laguna Bob, two blocks from home, and Grapevine Cafe has everything you could want for breakfast and brunch. Boomerang Billy's is the neighborhood bar and is just a short walk from from your door. Grab a cold one, take in the beach views, and stick around for karaoke and stand-up comedy.
