I first started hosting private rooms in my house in 2019, and I had the pleasure of meeting some very interesting people, which led me to pursue more opportunities as a short-term rental host. Personally, I love traveling and encountering different cultures, as I think that is the only way to be reminded of how big the world is and how small our troubles are. Enjoy a relaxing stay in our modern and peaceful house. This brand-new, updated home features ample amenities including laundry, a well-stocked kitchen, a hammock, free parking, and more! You will be in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short drive (or 20 min walk) from downtown where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and essentials. Stuart Beach is a 10 min drive and the intercoastal Sewall's Point is a 5 min drive. Our newly-updated house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s tastefully decorated with new appliances, furniture, and finishings throughout. Please be informed about bed types: Extra Large Double Bed (Super King Size) is 181-210 cm wide which is our King Size Large Bed (King Size) is 151-180 cm wide which is our Queen Size Main bedroom has a king-size bed, a full-length mirror, and a private ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and a pullout mattress. There is a shared full bathroom located in the hallway. Guests will find linens, towels, and extra blankets. The open-concept living room and kitchen make a great area for hanging out. Relax and watch TV on the couch, or have a cocktail at the bar. Our kitchen is fully equipped and well-stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal during your stay. The dining table is located in a separate room and seats 6 people. The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for pets! There’s also a BBQ and hammock to enjoy! Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details for our smart lock will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is before 11am. Guests have access to the entire property. There are a maximum of 6 guests for this stay. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled. There are parking spaces for 3-4 cars in the driveway and garage. Please do not park on the lawn.
