LIVING AREAS Vaulted ceilings and plush furniture create an inviting ambience in the main living area. A 50' smart TV allows you to stream movies on relaxed nights at home. An additional living area offers comfy seating by the gas fireplace. Upstairs, the light-filled loft area is a perfect place to read or watch Netflix on the 44” smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need to create beach snacks and festive meals. Sip drinks at the kitchen bar while your recipes simmer nearby. When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. BED & BATH This beach home sleeps four guests between the three bedrooms and a futon in the additional living area. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a twin-size bed alongside a twin-size daybed with twin trundle. Two more cozy twin-size beds await in the third bedroom. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath on the ground floor provides additional convenience. OUTDOOR AREAS Sip morning coffee on the second-floor balcony and admire peek-a-boo views of famed Nantucket Sound. In the backyard, you’ll find a gas grill and a picnic table. Upon returning from the beach, rinse the sand off your feet in the outdoor shower. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
