The property is gated and comes with free private driveway parking for two vehicles and plenty of street parking. Enjoy your own private washer and dryer as well. Dogs are allowed but they cannot be over 40 lbs or the guests will be asked to leave. Breed restrictions apply, please clear pets with owner before booking. It is only a short walk to the bustling nightlife of downtown Oceanside and fishing right off the Oceanside Pier. Great eats like Bagby and LTH (Local Tap House) on Coast Highway are great options for amazing food and happy hour. If you are feeling adventurous, check out Oceanside Harbor to rent a boat, wave runner, or paddle boat for the day. Some train noise.
