Village living with modern farmhouse flair This brand new three-level townhome is sparkling and spacious and perfectly located walking distance to Main Street! With three bedrooms and bonus space, Village Hilltop is ideal for families or a few friends to share. A short stroll along a sidewalk leads you to the historic village of Stowe, and the many conveniences it offers great restaurants, cafes, tasting rooms, shops, and kiddos especially like the easy walk to the playground and ice cream parlor! The five-mile Stowe Recreation Path trailhead is right in town, too, a favorite for walking and biking. All that and the Stowe Mountain Resort is just a 15-minute drive. The fresh, modern interior of this townhouse invites you to settle in and relax. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space is perfect for intimate gatherings. A stone-faced gas fireplace and radiant heated wood floors add warmth. The three bedrooms are located on the upper level an ideal set-up for families with younger children. The primary room has a king bed and gorgeous ensuite with floating vanity and roomy walk-in shower. An additional room with a king and one with two sets of full bunks share the second full bath on this floor. A large den and extra bathroom on the lower level is perfect for fun and games and features an air hockey table, a cozy L-shaped sleeper-sofa, and large flat screen TV get the popcorn ready! This home is a delight. Top bunks are not suitable for adults. Pets are not permitted at this property.
