Sitting just north of downtown Seattle in Capitol Hill, this stylish getaway offers peace and quiet while being close to all of the action. When you want to venture out a bit, meander over to Volunteer Park and walk along the beautiful paths around the reservoir. Make your way a bit further and you can experience unlimited amusement at Washington Park Arboretum, the Seattle Japanese Garden, or the Space Needle, all sitting within two miles of your front door! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
