Welcome to the Boise Historic Hideaway: Home of your very own private GEOTHERMAL hot spring. Built in 1905, this bungalow has been apart of Boise’s History for many years. This home is heated by radiant Geothermal water and has its very own private mineral hot spring. Feel the warmth of the earth's geothermal heat in the house, and hot spring! This house is steps away from downtown, the Boise River & Green Belt, convention centers, shopping, Boise's best restaurants, the Botanical Gardens, the Old Idaho Penitentiary, and BSU. Located on coveted Warm Springs Avenue! As you enter the property, you will find yourself in the front porch where you can hang your jackets, hats, and put up your shoes. When you enter the home, the vintage living room boasts the original wood trim, large cozy couches, and original bay window with seating for all of the guests to enjoy. The TV is a smart TV that you will be able to sign into any streaming service you please. Youtube TV is complimentary with your stay. The dining room features an antique wooden dining room table with caned chairs and a leaf that can be taken out if needed. You will also find the heating thermostat in this room. The kitchen includes very fun retro tile with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is a coffee pot and a Keurig with complimentary locally roasted coffee and coffee pods for your morning cup of joe. In the cupboards and drawers, you will find dishes, silverware, chopping knives, cutting boards, mugs, wine glasses, cups, pots and pans, etc. The first bedroom and second bedrooms include a queen bed with a Tempurpedic mattress topper for a comfortable nights rest. There are closets in both of these rooms with hangers for your clothing. The nightstands have bright lamps that have USB charging ports in them. The bathroom includes custom tile throughout with a vanity to hold your items. There are 6 large towels for the guests along with hand towels and washcloths for use.

The Historical Hideaway is located in the East End Historic District on Warm Springs Avenue. This quaint neighborhood includes historic homes, neighborhood cafes, and family oriented lifestyle. Take a walk around the neighborhood from the front door of the Historical Hideaway to see all it has to offer for yourself! The location is close in proximity to mostly everything! You can walk, get a scooter, drive, bike, whatever you would like. With the location being close to most points of interest in Boise, Uber and Lyft is an affordable option. The driveway can fit three cars tandem and there is also street parking along Warm Springs Avenue/side streets.
