Outside, your resort-style paradise features a private pool and spa, a huge patio with multiple seating areas next to a grand fireplace, plus a bocce ball court. Soaring ceilings and a wall of windows fill the great room with natural light. Kick back on a sofa, armchair, or lounger while watching favorite shows on the TV. A bonus living area is furnished with a sofa and a pair of chairs next to a fireplace. The country kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, a double oven, and a huge center island that has a gas stovetop, extra sink, and seating for guests. Kitchen extras include an espresso machine, toaster oven, hand mixer, blender, and food processor. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
