We are a cozy bed and breakfast situated on 130 acres of Concord vineyards, woodlands, and horse pastures conveniently located on St. Route 84 in historic Unionville, Ohio. This beautiful 8,000 square foot structure served as a barn for its first 150 years. Stay in one of our four guest rooms, each with their own private bath, television, high-speed internet, and WiFi access. All rooms are comfortably furnished to ensure a relaxing stay. Join us for an included continental style breakfast daily Monday-Friday and our buffet breakfast spread on Saturdays and Sundays. Aside from the private guest rooms we offer a large common area for dining and a welcoming great room for your use, equipped with a fully operational gas fireplace. During the warmer months you will be able to utilize our deck that overlooks our vineyards for eating and lounging as well.
