A second living area has a 55” smart TV and a sleeper sofa. KITCHEN & DINING The pristine kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, as well as ample cookware and counter space. Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When meals are ready, gather at the six-person table. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps up to 11 guests between the four bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the second living area. Find comfort in the peaceful primary bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, 48” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 40” smart TV, while the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom provides a bunk bed with three twin beds and a 40” smart TV, while the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 40” smart TV. The third bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, while a half bath offers added convenience. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
