Heaven on Washington Fully Furnished Apartments is situated in Washington in the District of Columbia Region, 300 metres from Newseum. The accommodation features a spa bath. National Gallery of Art is 500 metres from the property. Free WiFi is provided . All units feature a flat-screen TV and some units feature a seating and/or dining area. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher and oven. A microwave and toaster are also available, as well as a coffee machine. Parking is handled by a third party contractor which you can reserve and pay on - site, please approach apartment front desk for further information about parking.

Please note credit card payments will appear as Pelican Residence on your statements.

Pets are welcome WITH APPROVAL for a fee as long as they do not lay on beds/furniture or damage anything. There will be a $500 fee for any animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not allow unapproved pets.

Remaining balance to be collected 7 days before arrival on the booking conditions.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation.

Some units are smaller than other so may not have a sofa bed but we do provide an Airbed, please let us know the exact number of guest so we can accommodate you accordingly.
