The powder-white sands of the Fort Myers area are once again open for days spent lounging, playing and sifting through a staggering bounty of glittering seashells. Businesses are open for visitors and a buzzing activities scene offers everything from live entertainment to family-friendly museums to nature-rich outdoor adventures. The local craft beer scene, the just-caught seafood and the beloved laid-back vibes are all waiting to be rediscovered. 

And there's another reason to plan that beach getaway now: your trip helps support the region's epic comeback after Hurricane Ian.  ***Note: Parties are not permitted. Marijuana and other recreational drugs are prohibited inside and outside our home. Excessive noise, drug use, and unapproved guests will warrant a call to the police. Outdoor music/noise must cease by 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. This location is conveniently located near beaches, dining and shopping. Here are the closest beaches: Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach - 11 minutes Ft. Myers Beach - 18 minutes Sanibel - 30 minutes *Information about the pier and boat lift: -The pier was newly constructed in summer of 2022 and is 300 feet long. -There is a 14,000 lb boat lift at the end of the pier that is able to accommodate v-hull boats up to 29 x 11 feet. -Pontoon boats can be docked adjacent to the lift. The dock is equipped with bumpers, cleats and a ladder. -Please let us know if you will be using the boat lift and we will provide instructions!
