We love creating space for others to enjoy! It truly has become a passion of ours. We moved to Bryson City in 2002 when we bought a whitewater rafting business on the Nantahala River. Wow, we had no idea what a surprise we were in for & how lucky we'd feel to call Bryson City home! We sold the business in 2019 but would not dream of moving away from Bryson City! The Great Smoky Mountains are just gorgeous. We feel thankful everyday that we get to live in such a beautiful part of the country. We love it so much that we decided to extend the opportunity for others to explore the area and make wonderful memories in one of our vacation homes! There is so much to do and it's just a perfect place to relax. We welcome you to come and enjoy this special place that we call home. Water's Edge is among 8 houses in a small cove (3 of which we own). It has a private and secluded feel with your own private access to Deep Creek from your backyard. Conveniently located within minutes to town and the Polar Express. And the entrance to the Great Smoky National Park is only 1 mile away. The town of Bryson City is nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains and is just continuing to get more and more like a Hallmark movie! It's small town feel with quaint boutiques and restaurants surrounded by mountains & the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad makes you feel right at home with its Southern Charm. The spring & summer months bring festivals and numerous outdoor activities, the fall foliage is magnificent, and the winter brings us The Polar Express and snow skiing at Cataloochee Resort. Harrah's Casino is just 10 miles away which offers fabulous dining and entertainment opportunities. There is so much to do AND it's just a perfect place to relax ~ our home and town do not disappoint. We live in the area so we don't stay at this home often but when we do it completely takes our breath away!
