Waterscape A422 is a gorgeously decorated, condo boasting lovely views of the property's pool area and stunning peaks of the Gulf waters. This spacious condo accommodates up to six guests comfortably, with a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living area, along with a twin bunk bed nestled in the separate bunk area, ideal for children. Upon entering, you will find a short hallway on your left, leading to the bunk area as well as a guest bathroom, complete with a single vanity as well as a spacious walk-in shower. There is also a stackable washer/dryer combination in the hall area as well, allowing you and your loved ones to pack lightly and leave plenty of room for souvenirs. You will find the well-equipped kitchen immediately on your right, boasting gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all utensils, appliances, and cookware to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, allowing for plenty of room to spread out. The large dining table provides the perfect seating arrangement for a family meal. Step into the inviting living area, boasting beautiful matching furnishings and décor, along with a large TV and DVD player. Relax and unwind in the evening with a family movie night, after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Okaloosa Island has to offer. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
