Located in a lovely area of Niagara Falls, New York, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only 3.3 miles from Niagara Falls State Park. The master bedroom with attached bath is located on the first floor and has a king bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor and one has a queen bed and one a double beds. The room with the queen bed has a small sitting room attached that has a twin bed for an extra guest. The other full bathroom is on the second floor. On the first floor in addition to the master bedroom, is the kitchen, living room and dining room, and back hallway that leads to a screened in porch and the back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The house is heated by radiator heat. During the summer months (after Memorial Day), window A/C units are installed to provide air conditioning. There is no central A/C as there are no vents in the house as the house has radiators for heat. The house has wi-fi so you can stay in touch. There is one TV in the master bedroom not in the living room. Pets will be considered. There is a driveway for you to use to park your vehicle.

We are avid travelers and running our guesthouse and vacation rentals allows us some freedom in the off season to do just that. Carroll spent most of her career in Human Resources but gave it all up (darn) a few years ago to open a guesthouse & hostel - leaving the wonderful California weather behind but gaining a wonderful husband. Andre is from Germany and we found each other here!

The house is in the Deveaux area of Niagara Falls, a beautiful residential neighborhood, situated near Niagara University. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Whirlpool and Devil’s Hole State Parks and a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride along the Gorge to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston is also a short drive up the parkway and has many cute shops and nice restaurants.
