Whiskey Row Penthouse is located at 116 S Montezuma St. On the famous "Whiskey Row", right above all the fun! Stay in this classy penthouse and get the full good ol' 1800's Prescott experience. The Penthouse has a spacious living room area with a pull out sofa sleeper, adjacent to a dining area with large dining table. A long open countertop separates the living area from the full size kitchen with appliances. Down a short hall is the full bathroom with jetted tub. Continue down the hallway and enter the Master Suite. A Queen size bed is surrounded by a small couch, sitting chair, nightstands and dresser. Enjoy everything downtown Prescott has to offer all within a few blocks; festivities at the square, boutique & antique shops, restaurants and bars. Then end your night at Jersey Lilly Saloon just down the hall and out the door you can be back to your room for the night at the penthouse enjoying your view of the historic Thumb Butte.
Whiskey Row Penthouse is owned by an LLC, all of the Members of the LLC are involved in the day to day business and are local Prescott, Arizona people. All of us love Prescott and choose to live in the area because of the great community feel that Prescott has to offer. We all also enjoy what Prescott has to offer such as the outdoors and of course the full four seasons. Each member has different background from Hospitality, to sales, and the food/beverage industry. And of course we can mention renovations, banking, residential rental, real estate, stock investments, and other little areas. We all wish you a warm welcome to our Whiskey Row Penthouse and hope you enjoy your stay in the Prescott area.
Whiskey Row Penthouse is located in the downtown Prescott area directly above the world famous Whiskey Row. The downtown area has many things to offer such as bars, restaurants, breweries, meaderies, boutique shopping, antique shopping. Downtown Prescott is also where most of the local events take place everything from the Parades, Art Events, Blue Grass Festival, Oktoberfest, to the Courthouse Lighting and much more. However if you are an outdoor person the Prescott National Forest is only 2 miles away. Since we are located in the downtown Prescott area you are in the center of the 3 different lakes the area has to offer, you also have the zoo not far away, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and hunting. Prescott has a wide variety of things to offer and when staying at Whiskey Row Penthouse you are in the heart of the area.
