*Pool now open in March 2025* Quaint cottage with beautifully landscaped grounds and a private HEATED pool in the backyard; NO ADDITIONAL FEE TO HEAT POOL. When not enjoying the ocean (2 minute walk) you can enjoy the wonderful pool, which is heated from April/May and Sept/Oct. Come visit during Spring and Fall with 2-night minimum rentals. During summer weeks (June-August) this home is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY weekly rental; 7-day minimum.

VERY QUIET residential beach community (please respect our neighbors who very much enjoy the quiet :) Exit the driveway, take a right, and walk 2 minutes south and you're on our beautiful beach! You can also rent a bike and head to town which is a very short ride. The home is located in the best location possible on Emerald Isle, down the preferred Coast Guard Road section, the first turn after coming onto the beach from the mainland. This location allows for easy arrival and departure when everyone else is fighting the 2 mile long log jam to pick up/drop off keys from local real estate firms in town.
