Peace and quiet abound at this golf-view condo, overlooking one of the Greg Norman course sand traps at Barefoot Resort! Containing all of the comforts of home, the condo is equipped with a full kitchen, plush furnishings, and a private washer/dryer. The community pool is right across from the condo building for afternoon dips and the free shuttle will take you directly to the pristine white sand. Just over three miles away, you'll discover the Barefoot Landing shopping area, a hugely popular tourist and local favorite! The Carolina Opry is eight miles south, and Topgolf is about 13 miles away. Alligator Adventure provides a different kind of up-close-and-personal vacation experience just under three miles away. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The HOA does not allow motorcycles, boats, trailers, RVs, campers, golf carts, or scooters on the property at any time.
