The Rockland Harbor Lighthouse is visible from both the third-floor and the snug, second-floor deck, and early risers can treat themselves to spectacular sunrises over Penobscot Bay from there or almost any room. Indulge in the effortless access to downtown shopping, art galleries, museums, and fine dining, all just a short walk from the property. After exciting adventures outside, return to a penthouse boasting a homey ambience and the amenities you crave while on vacation. The living area is the perfect place to lounge and unwind while using the free WiFi to stream your favorite shows. When the group gets hungry, the well-equipped kitchen is sure to please the group chef as they whip up memorable feasts for everyone. The main floor bedroom with an adjacent half bath is furnished with a lovely bed and an office alcove for guests to enjoy. The upper-floor suite offers sleeping accommodations and an adjacent room for reading, sky, and water gazing. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Fires are not permitted on this property.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
