Hi! My name is Alise Wharton and I am the CEO of Yosemite Hideaway Vacation Rentals, LLC, headquartered in San Francisco, where I currently live. I have been married for 15 years and have no children. I have owned my rental property in Yosemite National Park since 1996 and I am totally familiar with the rental business in Yosemite after helping my parents with their 50 or so homes since they started there in 1981. They have since retired and liquidated their rental home business, but I continue to maintain my rental business after incorporating in 2014. I am very proud of my property in Yosemite, and strive to keep it "clean, comfortable, and homey" at all times. I am currently in the process of building two new units on a lot in between both of my current rentals. Look for those rentals after completion in late 2021. The property is located inside Yosemite National Park in a privately owned community of single family homes and condominiums. The roads are in good repair and maintained by the County of Mariposa. Access is easy in the winter months and kept free of snow and obstructions.
