The villa is in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the Botanical Gardens, Kingstown centre and ferry port. Public transport is a 1 minute walk away and airport approximately 25 minutes transfer. Free parking available. Restaurant and bar located 1 minute walk away and 3 small shops within 5 minutes walk. The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a further bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hobs and air fryer and large lounge/dining area leading onto a spacious balcony with mountain views. Free WIFI, solar powered hot water, home entertainment system, board games, darts etc. Smoke alarm, hairdryer, towels, bed linen and laundry room. There is access available to large gardens, woodland, river , hammocks and BBQ area.
