Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
The credit card provided will be verified every 3 weeks up to the intended arrival date.
Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
Any food and drinks from the outside of the property are not allowed in the property.
Please note that all guests need to provide a valid Vietnamese ID card, a Vietnamese Temporary Residence Card or a valid passport upon check-in. For foreign passport holders, a valid visa is required.
