The credit card used for booking must match the guest's name.

A VND 1,000,000 cash deposit per room per night is required at check-in and refundable upon check-out, subject to inspection.

A free shuttle bus to Dong Khoi Street, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, and Ben Thanh Market runs hourly from 08:00–16:00 at the sister hotel next door. Service is subject to availability and traffic.

Please note that the swimming pool and Jacuzzi will be under maintenance from September 15, 2025, to September 27, 2025. During this period, guests can use the swimming pool in the affiliated property, Sherwood Residence.

Please note that the sauna and steam rooms will be under maintenance from September 15, 2025, to September 18, 2025.
