After graduation from a university and working with some company in Hanoi , I decided to come back to my hometown and work in tourism. Mai Chau has been known since long a popular tourist destinations for both domestic and international travelers thank to its beautiful landscape, pure nature and rich ethnic culture. Welcome to Mai Chau! Nha Tan is a homestay run by a White Thai family in a quiet corner of Mai Chau valley out of the bustles and hassle Mai Chau center. We have 2 traditional house-on-stilts and this is where Tan, homestay owner lives with her 3 generations family. Each house on stilts consists of 10 beds (single and double). All bed is surrounded by curtains to ensure your privacy. Bedding set includes soft mattress, pillow and cover which are carefully selected to ensure comfort and good and cozy sleep. On the sleeping floor, there is also a space for you to chilling out (drinking tea or reading a book). The house is spacious with many windows to maximize the view to the surrounding rice field and the mountains. The garden is designed to give you plenty of space to relax with bamboo benches, a fireplace, and outdoor seating. Na Phon is a peacefull village located right next to Mai Chau tourist center (Lac village & Pom Coom village). Around the village are rice's fields and mountains. The villagers still live an idyllic life and keep their traditional culture. From Na Phon, you can easily go to the town by walking (10mn) or cycling (5mn). To travel further, you can hide a private car (with driver), an motorbike easy riding service or an scooter to get: Pu Luong (30km, 1h), Moc Chau (30km, 1h), Pa Co (30-40km, 1 - 1.5h), Tat Nang waterfall (25km, 45mn) and Hanoi (170km, 3.5h).
