Magnificent, brand new Villa in the beachfront Caesar Beach complex - one of the best in 'Golden Sands' side of Northern Cyprus. The villa is designed and finished to the highest specification. The villa is located 1 min (100m) from a gorgeous private sandy beach, with its clear calm blue waters - great for an early morning swim! Luxury complex with two public swimming pools, playgrounds, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, restaurant - ideal for a 5-star vacation. The semi-detached villa is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable, private holiday - a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV (multiple satellite channels), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, microwave, dishes, etc), washing machine, wireless internet (additional fee). You can work on your tan in the garden, on the large 2nd floor balcony or on the roof terrace, enjoying great sea views. Perfectly suitable for a family with children, and for a group of friends. Free private parking. The private sandy beach is equipped with free sun beds, umbrellas, and cabanas, and offers a wide range of water sports, beach volleyball and outdoor sports. You can also enjoy drinks in the summer bar.
I visited North Cyprus a year ago and fell in love with the nature beauty, wonderful sea with luxury beaches and great people of the island. I was impressed with the Caesar Beach complex and bought a villa there. I plan to use it myself for summer vacation but also rent it out most of the year, for more people to enjoy
