This open-plan beach house is located on a private nature reserve on the West Coast and is just a 45 minute drive from Cape Town. Here guests can explore a series of walking trails, visit the local beaches, as well as enjoy bird and whale watching, all within a 5 minute walking distance from their accommodation. There is also various entertainment, pool table, table tennis and dart board. There are also a variety of attractions and popular restaurants to choose from in the surrounding areas.
This beach house is situated on a private nature reserve with private beach making it an ideal location for people wanting to recharge from busy city life. 70kms from Cape Town, Grotto Bay is surrounded by a variety of attractions & popular restaurants. Across the road we have Groote Post a very nice wine farm & restaurant. West Coast National Park is just a 30 min drive away is well known for its breathtaking spring flowers between Aug. & Sept. Darling Brew is a sought after craft brewery offering beer tastings in their taproom, a kitchen that serves casual South African cuisine with outdoor beer garden, 30 min drive from Grotto Bay. Yzerfontein only 20 min away. Damhuis is a local restaura very popular for their fresh seafood located in Melkbosstrand only a 20 min drive away. We have a pool table, tennis table and dart board. We have a garden with different herbs & veggies which our guests can enjoy & eat from. Pottery available on request. Pizza oven available on request. We have a picnic basket, umbrella, beach chairs for our guests to use. Swimming pool is heated with pool floaters for your use. Fishing & equipment available on request must apply for permit online
