An exclusive apartment with unlimited high-speed internet, a braai, a solar heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi bathtub, a big living room, a kitchen, and a bedroom. Very secured with closed parking in a peaceful and beautiful area of the mother city. Back up electricity during load shedding for your convenience. It is surrounded by a lot of malls, park runs, and golf courses nearby.

Durbanville is home to one the top producing wine routes in the country.
