Avemore properties was founded in 2008 with central apartments in Stellenbosch. Our Devon Valley Le Verger olive farm is the latest addition to our portfolio. The Avemore beach house is situated in the garden route in Sedgefield. The Avemore team enjoy welcoming guests to our fully equipped selfcatering apartments.

You will enjoy spacious rooms at our Manor house with, open plan lounge/diningroom/kitchen. The kitchen was planned to enjoy family time, with wood fire pizza oven, build in braai, pantry, scullery and fully equipped kitchen. The large verandah is perfect for early breakfast or sunset wine enjoying the most amazing views ever. Our communal pool area is beautiful with loungers a space to unwind. Your own back courtyard is there for private sunbathing enjoying time out. Our manor house is perfect for winter and summer vacations, with Daikin aircons and fire place making sure you will be super cozy. All our Avemore apartments are family friendly. the wild gardens at Le Verger are there for you to enjoy and explore, walk up to the Olive grove for the best views. Our water comes from a natural source and goes through an extensive purification system, it might have a slight color due to tannins but is safe to use. We have ample safe free parking behind electrical gates. We look forward to welcome you at our beautiful Manor house.

Devon valley is conveniently situated only a few minutes from Central Stellenbosch, we are only 20 min away from Cape town airport. You will find beautiful wedding venues, wine farms and Olive farms in the Devon valley with the most amazing views.
