Our farm is 67ha is size. The cottages are situated in an active farming area on the slopes of the Mostertshoek Mountain overlooking the Valley. Each cottage has a private stoep with breathtaking views of the Witzenberg Valley. We have 1ha of buchu growing on the farm as well as a small relatively tame herd of Springbok that roams around the main farm house in a 2ha camp. The Springbok is visible on route up to the cottages. We have a communal swimming pool for the guests to use at their leisure.
We are situated in an active farming area 10km from Ceres, 22km from Tulbagh and 10km from Wolseley. Lots to do and see in the Valley. Enjoy zipline in Ceres (10km away) and a lovely horse ride at Horse About situated between Tulbagh and Wolseley. Snow at Klondyke farm in winter and cherry picking in summer. Take easy hikes up our mountain or just a nice ride with your mountain bike. Wine tasting galore all around in Wolseley at Waverley Hills (8km away) or at Mountain Ridge (10km away) or Bergsig (12km away) or all the lovely wine farms (some award winning) in and around Tulbagh (22km away). Loads of lovely restaurants close by. Harvest Table at Winterberg Inn (2km away) or Waverley Hills (8km away) Ceres also has an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants and things to do.
