Botlierskop’s upmarket Self-Catering Bush Villas are nestled on the northern side of the 6,000-hectare Private Game Reserve, accessible via the Great Brak River. The eight fully furnished villas offer stunning waterhole views and are perfect for families with children of all ages, as well as guests seeking privacy and seclusion. Glass sliding doors open from the lounge onto a wooden deck, ideal for relaxing while observing birdlife, enjoying a sundowner by your fire pit, or taking a refreshing dip in your private splash pool. Children under three are not permitted on game drives; families with younger children may arrange a private drive for a safe and intimate wildlife experience. Please note that availability is per villa type, not specific villas. Confirm with reservations to ensure your preferred villa is available for the duration of your stay.

Relax while animals drink at the waterhole and enjoy the sounds of abundant wild birdlife. The three-bedroom Villas are ideal for families (4 adults and 2 children), and guests of all ages are welcome. Each Luxury Bush Villa features a heated pool, a fire pit, and an outdoor lounge overlooking the waterhole. Please note that there is no on-site restaurant; however, guests can reserve a table at the Village Lodge restaurant, 7 km away (pre-booking required). Bush Villa guests may also join any day activities available to Day Visitors, though these are located 27 km from the Villas and must be booked in advance.

The Bush Villas are located close to Mossel Bay and offer a variety of activities for guests. Guided game drives depart directly from the Villas. Horseback safaris and spa treatments are available at the Botlierskop Day Visitors Facilities, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Bush Villas.
