This downstairs apartment is nestled amongst large trees. There is a separate, private entrance leading up to a few steps where there is a large balcony with braai/barbeque facilities and a wooden table with chairs as well as a couch and 2 comfy chairs for you to relax and enjoy the garden and mountain views. The owners live in the apartment upstairs and are happy to point out the many places to visit in and around Sedgefield and attend to any queries that you may have. The apartment consists of a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, glass top stove and oven, lounge, DSTV, large flat screen, washing machine, 2 double bedrooms, (one with a queen bed and one with an extra large king sized bed) plus 2 on suite bathrooms with showers. It has a small enclosure for your pet or let your pet enjoy the entire garden with shade. The property is fenced with a remote controlled gate for your and your pet's safety. There is a small fairy garden and mozaic stepping stones in one area of the garden. Special care should be taken by owners of large dogs or small children in this area. There is also a variety of birds, which create a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

I am a retired teacher whose passions are children, dogs and all craft and creative hobbies. My husband, Cyril, is a handy-man and a car enthusiast. We love to walk on the beautiful, unspoilt beaches with our dog and swim in the sea and warm, safe, lagoon. We enjoy advising visitors on the beautiful beaches, lagoon, park, coffee shops and quaint shops which are within walking distance. We would love to advise you on the many bird, elephant, monkey and wild animal sanctuaries that are within a few hours of driving.

The 2 beautiful beaches, within a few kilometres of the house, they stretch for kilometers, offering long walks with stunning views. Collect stones and shells from the beach and watch the octopus and starfish in the rock pools or enjoy a swim in the sea. The warm lagoon water, which offers a beach and a relatively shallow play area for children, is also a popular place for families to swim. Bring your costume, beach towels, walking shoes and canoe and enjoy the scenic views. The small village and lagoon area is safe to walk or bike around so pack you bikes too! There are quaint gift, coffee and antique shops, a chemist and a grocery shop within 5 minutes distance by car. There is also a safe and scenic walkway alongside the lagoon to the centre of village as well as to the boat launching site.
