Situated in Sedgefield, Forest view guesthouse and B&B is an owner mange accredit establishment. A homely comfortable B&B where you can relax and enjoy the comforts of a "home away from home". Your host Jenny will ensure that your stay is enjoyable and will meet your every need. The room is a en-suite and has their own private entrance which is a mere few meters from where your vehicle will be parked on the premises. The large communal dining area is adjoined to a cozy lounge (with fireplace) where guests can watch DSTV, read or simply relax with a "cuppa"from the facility provided. A sumptuous full English breakfast is served each morning which is guaranteed to satisfy even the fussiest tastes. Where possible special dietary needs will be catered for.
Running my own guesthouse for going 18 years on now, i still enjoyed it. Love people and enjoy guests from all over the world with there different cultures. If i am not busy with my guesthouse i love sewing and work with materials. Also love working in my garden.
As a seaside village, Sedgefield lends itself towards a tranquil lifestyle where residents and visitors can walk or cycle freely through the picturesque streets of our town. Being surrounded by some seven vlei''s(wetlands), the bird life and fishing are in abundance as well as being a haven for fauna and flora alike. Water sports and leisure activities are available in and around Sedgefield, with two mashie golf courses in George and Knysna. For the more adventurous,paragliding and hang gliding is a major attraction in the village, with the launch site situated opposite the guesthouse. Whale watching, hiking and many other activities can be enjoyed almost all year round as the temperate climate is ideal. Sedgefield boasts with 5 pristine beaches where surfers, day trippers and sun worshipers can relax.
