Over the years, Jimmy and his wife Lauren traveled extensively, both locally and internationally, drawing inspiration from their journeys to enhance their business. This led to the creation of Penta Furnished Rentals, a company dedicated to providing discerning guests with luxury, self-catering, fully furnished apartments for short to medium-term stays. After Jimmy's passing in 2020, Lauren has continued to run the business, upholding the high standards of hospitality and service that the company was built on. Our Accommodations MADISON HOUSE consists of multiple units to suit varying group sizes and preferences: The Main House: A spacious 5-bedroom house that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Self-contained Cottages: Four 1-bedroom cottages, each offering privacy and convenience. Budget Room: A budget-friendly option, perfect for two singles with an ensuite bathroom. With these options, we can accommodate up to 22 guests at a time, making MADISON HOUSE ideal for: Sports Groups Family Reunions Contract Workers Corporate Stays Prime Location Our property is conveniently located near key amenities, including the new NETCARE HOSPITAL at New Market Mall. We frequently host guests staying for contract work in the area, with many staying for 3-6 months at a time. For sports enthusiasts, we’re just a short distance from local Alberton Sports Clubs, including Reading Golf & Bowls Club.
