Hamilton Urban Farm is a family-run guest house and we would love to introduce you to the family. The Foley family run a unique farming operation at the Urban Farm. They grow lettuce and herbs hydroponically and deliver lettuce to restaurants throughout Pietermaritzburg and beyond. They also grows tilapia fish and have set up an aquaponics system. All our fresh farm ingredients are used in our breakfast menu – you can expect golden-yoked free-range eggs for breakfast and fresh chives in your omelettes. This is farm-to-fork at its best with absolutely no food miles!
