Fiona and Bob
Situated in a sleepy close on the banks of the Onrus River our garden is peaceful and full of birds. All rooms open to the pool garden where there is a braai (bbq) area and table to enjoy meals. Relax and read in one of our loungers or take a dip in the pool. All our rooms are newly renovated in a European style.
Bob is American and I am Scottish so we are used to having family and friends visit. We are avid hikers who love wine and food and will gladly recommend places to visit in both Hermanus and other areas along the Garden Route Along with our very friendly German Shepherd, called Zola, we look forward to meeting you and making your stay memorable.
We are a 15minute walk from Onrus Beach and 3km from the centre of Hermanus. 2km away is the start of the Hemel en Aarde Valley, home to some of the world's best wines. Take the wine bus and stop to enjoy a few of them. Also in the Valley are Forest Adventures zip lining, quad biking and paint balling. Stunning hikes abound in Hermanus.
