Leo's Den is named after my wonderful dog Leo. Its a place where you kick off your shoes, relax and be at home. It is my home that I gladly share with people from all walks of life from all over the world whilst offering you service, safety and cleanliness. We can make you a healthy breakfast or you help yourself to the kitchen. You have as much privacy as you wish as all rooms have their own poolside entrance.

I am originally from the UK but after living in America, Canada and Germany, I now make Cape Town my home. Im a fully trained tour guide so I can help advise you on your trip or offer you private tours to any of the sites on the South Peninsula and beyond.

Fish Hoek is the hidden gem on the South Peninsula of Cape Town. One of only two 'Blue Flag' beaches on the warm Indian Ocean current side of Cape Town. Yes, the water is warm enough to swim in unlike the cold Atlantic current. It is within 20 minutes of Muizenberg, Kalk Bay and Simonstown. The Penguins are only 30 mins away. Cape Point / Cape of Good Hope are under an hour. Nord Hoek / Chapmans Peak and Hout Bay are a simple scenic drive of 20 mins if not less. Fish Hoek truly is in the centre of the Peninsula. Day trips into the city of Cape Town can be done in 40 minutes. We are not as fashionable, trendy or 'cool' as the City but there are no crowds, parking is free, coffee will not cost you R25 and dinner is less than 100. Fish Hoek has some of the finest places to eat. An Italian that has been here for 30 years, Indian food that is the finest on the planet not just in SA, a restaurant right on the beach that offers a budget room as well as fine dining. Beer joints, coffee shops and every amenity you would need for a great place to base yourself on your Cape Town adventure. Oh and yes, we are 20 minutes from South Africa's most awarded winery.
