Numbi Valley is a wonderful example of off-grid sustainable living. There is one private guest cottage on the farm and Kath and Ross welcome you to enjoy their uniquely created space. There are abundant organic gardens, a spring fed fresh water plunge pool with amazing views, all in a very beautiful and peaceful valley in the klein karoo countryside. There are scenic walks, cycling routes, fresh produce, yoga , excellent massage, delicious pizza and wi-fi. We would love to have you stay!

We have been on this beautiful farm for 20 years, growing and supplying organic fruit, veggies and our own extra virgin cold pressed Olive oil to the town of De Rust. Prior to this we managed remote lodges in the beautiful Okavango Delta, Botswana. We recently spent two years in the northern Serengeti, managing a lodge where 1.5 million Wildebeest still follow their ancient migration route. Both of us are passionate about nature and believe in living gently on the earth. We love taking great care of the land hence the practise of Permaculture on our farm.
