Nieuwehuyz is a Karoostyle Guesthouse specifically designed and built to accommodate persons in need of a luxury retreat and wanting to unwind in a secure and very private setting. Nieuwehuyz is located within easy walking distance from the ‘main strip’ with excellent restaurants and other amenities. Our facilities are universal accessible for persons with disabilities. Nieuwehuyz has two suites, namely; Koninklijke and Hertog Suites. The Koningklike Suite is a spacious bedroom with bathroom en-suite (bath and double shower) with heated towel rails. The room is also air-conditioning with under floor heating in both the bedroom and bathroom en-suite. Separate from the main house is the Hertog Suite. The Hertog Suite has air conditioner and two double beds. The Suite has a bathroom en-suite (shower only) with heated towel rail. With the addition of the Hertog Suite, Nieuwehuyz can sleep up to 4 guests. Other rooms that make up Nieuwehuyz include a dressing room, lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and enclosed private courtyard. Exclusive Wi-Fi (Internet), Netflix and a collection of books and DVDs are available to keep guests entertained.
