The 3 rooms is attached to our house but separate entrances . Most of the time there will be someone around to help with directions or advise about the area. We have lived in Stellenbosch for 21 years, You can feel safe and comfortable here. Best of all no loadshedding

I have been renting property for 7 years . Love to help people to know the area in a short time.

The property is on campus, walking distance from centre Stellenbosch. Lovely walk to campus , town , mountain and a vineyard for wine tasting . 5 minute drive to popular vineyards. 20 minute drive to Franschoek Paarl, and the beach.
