Situated in Cape Town’s tranquil suburb Plattekloof, this guesthouse is 5 km from Durbanville Wine Valley. It has a lush garden and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and views of Table Mountain. Rooms at the Plattekloof Lodge have modern furnishings and are decorated in neutral colours. They come equipped with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Some rooms include a walk-in closet and a balcony. In the morning, guests can enjoy a full-English breakfast on the sun terrace. Special dietary requirements for breakfast can be accommodated with prior arrangement, and at an additional cost. Traditional South African barbecue facilities are available in the garden. A cleaning service is offered from Monday to Saturday. Plattekloof Lodge is a 12-minute drive from Grand West Casino. The Cape Town International Airport is 16 km away. Plattekloof Lodge is closed annually the 25th December and 1st January - No services will be made available. .Breakfast times Monday - Friday: 07:00am -08:30am .Breakfast times Saturday & Sunday: 08:00am - 10:00am Backup power available for lighting and Wi-Fi during load shedding Parking: Off-street parking bays available in front of the guest house (Parking is not gated). Reservations paid via credit card and canceled within our cancelation period will be refunded back onto the credit card processed less a bank service fee (including VAT).

Over the years, what began as a small venture has grown into a well-loved hospitality business known for its warmth, consistency, and professional service. With more than a decade of experience, we have proudly hosted a diverse range of guests—from corporate clients and government departments to leisure travelers—many of whom have become part of our extended family. We currently have 7 rooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and reliable home-away-from-home experience. Panorama Mediclinic is conveniently situated only 1 km away—perfect for guests visiting loved ones receiving care. The area boasts some of the most breathtaking views of Table Mountain and Bloubergstrand. You’ll also be just a short drive from renowned attractions such as the Durbanville Wine Valley, GrandWest Casino, and more. Guests return time and again for our generous English and Continental breakfasts, and the personalized attention that sets Plattekloof Lodge apart. Important Information: A 100% pre-payment is required for one-night reservations. Please note that Plattekloof Lodge is closed annually on December 25th and January 1st. On these days, no reception, breakfast, housekeeping, or laundry services will be available. No refunds will be issued for arrivals that do not take this into account when booking.
