The Quayside Building is located at the Durban Point Waterfront, facing a spectacular view of the Durban Golden Mile beach stretch. Quayside is one off the finest residential buildings in a quiet upmarket residential block. The building is equipped with two elevators & a staircase. Each apartment has access to 2 secure parking spaces in the basement. Rest assured as there is 24hr Security on site & by the front desk. There is 1 self-catering unit available. 606 on the 6th floor. The unit has open plan kitchen, dining & living room & you walk out onto a spacious patio equipped with a gas braai & outdoor furniture overlooking the crashing waves of the indian ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with basic cutlery and kitchenware essentials, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and stove top with an oven. The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 guests. The unit has two spacious bedrooms with built in cupboards and queen size beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and has a spectacular outlook onto the ocean. The guest bathroom includes a bath and shower. Line & towels. Free wifi, dstv & netflix. Sea view. Walkable to Ushaka, beach & restaurants.
