Serendipity Cottage is a self-contained/standalone, serviced apartment nestled within the quietest street in Fourways, Johannesburg North. The apartment is solar-powered with water back-up (no load-shedding or water outage blues!) and offers luxury finishes in a well-equipped and secure environment. The spacious, double volume apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchenette and living area. The bedroom contains a super king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a large bath, separate shower, a toilet and a wash-basin. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and an extra large 55" flat-screen TV and decoder with a full selection of DStv satellite channels in addition to streaming options Netflix, DStv Now and Showmax (own accounts). Free fast fibre Wi-Fi access is also provided. The kitchenette is equipped for heat-and-eat catering and contains a fridge, convection/grill microwave, toaster, induction plate and cutlery/crockery/cooking utensils. The dining area has seating space for 4 people. The unit's double-volume common area is air-conditioned. A small garden area is for guests private use. There is a separate remote-controlled gate entrance for optimal privacy and mobility with safe carport parking for up to 3 cars/trailer. The apartment is serviced on pre-arranged weekdays.
