Shiloh Cottage, our place of peace could be your new favourite escape. Located in an exclusive estate in the Central Drakensberg, a protected World Heritage Site, this cottage is surrounded by 180 degree views. This is a self-catering chalet that can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, double basin and toilet. This room also has access to a private balcony, with sprawling views. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features two single beds with an en-suite as well. Two additional guests can be catered for on sleeper mattresses on request. The chalet has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a two fridge-freezers, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dining area with seating for 8. The spacious living area has comfortable seating, finished with a 20kW combustion fireplace, and a smart TV. Aluminium folding doors open into a fully loaded entertainment area, including a covered patio with uninterrupted mountain and dam views, dining area, loungers, braai, a newly fitted pizza oven, jacuzzi and a firepit under the stars. You have everything you need in this unique location, with the estate including a pool, restaurant and bar, hiking trails and fishing. Within a ten minute drive of the cottage is access to golf courses, Canopy Tours, spa, restaurants and shopping outlets, beer and chocolate tasting, river rafting, quad biking, horse riding and helicopter rides.
