Hopefield is the oldest town on the Cape West Coast and is slowly becoming a destination spot. During the week you can enjoy meals at our various eateries and explore the small businesses in the area. Over the weekend, especially in summer and in flower season (August), the town is abuzz with visitors and locals who come out to play. A visit to our popular Farmers Market is a must, for excellent local produce and authentic country hospitality. Hopefield is close to Langebaan, Darling, Veldrift and more, all of which provide different experiences from food, to ocean, to river, and more!
