Located in the quite and peaceful Mountainside in Gordon's Bay this unit offers spacious and comfortable accommodation lots of amenities and a stunning view of the entire False Bay area with easy access to the winelands, the Garden route, Beaches, Shopping Malls, 3 Golf courses, Cape Town International Airport and a leisurely 49km drive to Cape Town. The splash pool is ideal to enjoy a sundowner. Right of admission remains strictly reserved. All registering guests will be required to provide a copy/photo of their ID or passport, their residential address and vehicle registration, if applicable, on request once a booking has been confirmed. Note that visitors are generally not allowed, except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the owner. If allowed, a day-visitor fee will be levied. We welcome long stays (3 months or longer) the price of which is negotiable.

The setup and location of the apartment makes it ideal for long stays for 1 or 2 couples travelling together or a family of 3 or 4 - which is supported by a tiered discount structure depending on the duration of the stay – to be used as a base to explore our beautiful province. So, whatever your mood on the day, chance is very good that you will find something that will interest you. Whether it is: Travel: Mountainside is centrally located for an easy drive in any direction, be it Cape Town (with all its hustle and bustle) or Stellenbosch and the surrounding winelands, or a trip down the spectacular garden route, or whale watching at Hermanus. Shopping: For all your day-to-day shopping, all 5 major retail stores are within 3 km’s from the apartment while the Somerset Mall is a mere 10-minute drive for some serious shopping. Hiking & Adventure: The whole Cape Town and Helderberg area is known for its striking hiking trails suitable for beginners as well as the more experienced hikers. The area also hosts some of the most spectacular Ziplining locations in the Cape, including the Caledon K3, which, at 3.23Km, is the largest in the world). Cooking: The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all that you need for great cooking. The patio area also has a moderate sized braai (600mm) for the braai enthusiast. Swimming or beach walking: We are blessed with some of the best beaches in the Cape stretching from Strand (with a 2km beach walk) to Bikini beach in Gordon’s Bay.
