Tembomaji river lodge is founded in August 2023. The two chalets are overlooking the Olifants River.

Tambomaji River Lodge is an unfenced camp, situated on the banks of the Olifants River, in the Greater Kruger Park, openly connected to the world known Kruger National Park. Being part of Balule Game Reserve, the lodge is within a big five area, where you will hear hippo's during the night and see elephants at your doorstep. The lodge offers two self catering chalets, sleeping 6 and 8 guests. All fully equipped for self catering. The chalets have their own braai area, viewing decks and plunge pools. Two bahtrooms per chalet are available. Full board is optional and grocery shopping is available for guests who like to make their own meals. Ask us for more details. Game drives are not included in the rate but can be booked upfront. Other activities such as Kruger day trips are available as well. Tembomaji is one of the unique self catering options in a big five area, a rare find. Ideal for groups of friends and/ or family.
