The main bedroom offers a queen size, extra length bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds. Both full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen areas are modern, spacious and very comfortable. Washing lines are provided and a laundry facility is available on request. The open-plan living area has a lounge and a well-equipped kitchen for all of your self-catering needs. Welcome beverages, snacks and hospitality toiletries are included. Guests can spend their days exploring this picturesque little town by going for nature walks, or by visiting one of many pristine beaches. Herold's Bay heights is a quiet residential area. Our premises is on the edge of town. A variety of different activities can be found nearby. Numerous walks are open to the public and secluded beaches like Dollieskraal can be reached along coastal paths. The pristine and well-serviced main beach is 5 minutes away by car and 20 minutes on foot. Voëlklip, a popular angling spot, can be reached via a dirt road. the Voëlklip dirt road offers numerous sun downer spots and views toward Hartenbos and Mossel Bay. Short and easy fynbos walks offering stunning vistas onto the coastal settlement and tidal pools. Two tidal pools with safe snorkeling opportunities and angling spots are all centrally located. Life guards are on duty. Good surf makes body boarding and surfing popular. George airport is only 8km away from the premises. Local pubs, restaurants and paint ball are close by and just 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot. There are many golf courses available in a 20 km radius. George, as the heart throb of the Garden Route, is arguably a very central base from which to explore the many sights in virtually any direction.
