The Vishuis is a heritage Fishermans cottage in the center of the old village. It has been renovated to a luxury guesthouse. It is decorated with a collection of contemporary South African Art. Because of its location, guests are able to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, the old Harbour, the cliff path and the marine tidal pool. I enjoy the interaction with our guests . I have traveled South Africa extensively and have a wide knowledge of the far flung hidden gems that the Overberg has to offer. We are continuously updating our art works which we source from our wonderful and creative local artists. I have a great passion for music and a extensive film and audio visual knowledge.

The Vishuis is in the center of the old village, but in a quiet back road. It is a hidden gem. When guests are inside the Vishuis it is hard to believe that they are in the middle of the village, it is very transportative. But the joys of being able to stroll out for coffee or a walk or swim is very relaxing.
